Artist booking has begun, food vendor applications will go out soon, the material culture theme has been chosen and we're figuring out what sort of activities to include for kids this year. Also exciting is a new volunteer database system which we hope to unveil by early March. We'll start announcing specifics here on the blog in the coming weeks.

When setting up the handicapped seating at the Main Stage, please make it possible for them to see (there were people standing 10 deep in front of them after the concerts started). I did security and placed a double row of chairs back to back to give a porthole. Only one irate man complained while the 'blocked' viewers (people in wheelchairs and crutches who were in no condition to stand to see the concert) were most appreciative.
Thanks for the reminder that this was an issue last year. I'll forward your comments to the stage staff at Main and we'll try to have a better set up from the get-go this year.
