Grupo Fantasma has earned an international reputation as one of the finest, funkiest and most entertaining Latin bands in the U.S., serving up a potent, danceable cocktail of funk, mambo, merengue, dancehall, dub, jazz and cumbia. The Washington Post has hailed the 10-member band as “a new generation of Latin music,” and those who have caught the band’s incendiary live shows would agree that this powerful band delivers the goods. They will appear at our Festival on Saturday and Sunday.
